Umni Insights (UI) is the newest product by Umni for the business – a statistics platform to view various elements of user activity inside the chatbots powered by Umni. UI gives the business valuable information about what is happening in the chatbot by showing live data straight from the chatbot such as customers behavior (search terms, most popular subjects of activity), time spent in the bot, users type (male, female, new, repeaters), entry source and other.
UI is a unique tool in support of the marketing strategy of the business, helping it address better the needs of the users and plan easier knowledge-based chatbot development considering the interests and the activities of the users. UI comes in two versions – free for the access to the basic chatbot statistics and Pro for those businesses who need deeper live data insights from their virtual assistant.
